Option 1
A series of six email sessions, covering basic guidance on unhealthy food/drink to avoid or reduce, and the effects of these on the body.
Also included are the healthy food/drink items to include and the possible benefits of these.
Option 2
A series of consultations by email where we analyze your current diet and suggest changes you can make to optimise your health and well being. You need to be willing to provide details of everything you eat and drink over a set period. We can address specific aims or concerns that you have such as weight management, overcoming particular difficulties such as over eating for comfort etc..
We recommend completion of the option 1 basic guidance course first and if necessary we can then continue with the bespoke assistance.
